This project was making use of benchmark activity for AC Regulator Switch 20 amps to Socket dust cover. This design has been done for the electrical socket cover cup for two plate molds. For the design requiredmaterial is polycarbonate PC. (Project done at NTTF in Vellore). Design for washer by using the progressive tool:

Making a stuck layout of the washer, including calculation, tools constrain of progressive tool and also done detail view by using CAD Software.
