● Visual inspection on parts using microscope checking for dents, scratches, discoloration, bent,broken parts, undersize and oversize parts as well.
● Measured parts using calipers, micrometers, two scope, comparator and microview.
● Inspected parts as well using finescan on the computer, checking thickness and for imperfections.
● No room for errors parts were going into peoples bodies. Parts have to be according to spec.

● I tested most of our parts which are for fire sprinkler assembly. Parts had to pass a heat tolerance and had to be handled safely.
● I used a machine to check for heat tolerance of the parts by putting the part in the machine and setting the temperature to 260 degrees.
● Next step we were putting the seal on the parts using a microscope. The seal helped the parts keep away leakes and after the assembly of the seal we had to do a pressure test as well.
● I labeled the products while packaging them in boxes.
● I also operated a hydraform machine which uses tubes to make the belows. Next was a compression machine which compressed the parts.
● And packaging as well for other parts.
