As Safety Supervisor, trained all employees on company safety policy and rules. In three years completed new construction of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of Midway Midstream LNG from groundwork to initial startup of Plant. 338 employees on-site. Maintained all safety records, audits, and equipment operator training. Conducted all safety meetings, field/tool inspections and audits. Had 3 Safety’s in the field. One each for civil/electrical/mechanical departments. Monitored start up for any gas or oil leaks to ground or atmosphere. Permits, J.S.A.’s, Scaffold, Trenching, and all excavation inspections. Placed all One Calls for all groundwork. Also built 2 Compressor Stations for Occidental Petroleum, in Orla, TX. And Levelland, TX.

Maintained all records pertaining to all injuries, first aids, near misses, etc. train all personal on all safety aspects. Do all audits and inspections on all equipment. Cranes, loaders and track hoes, company vehicles, drivers and operators. Calibrate all air monitors to test atmosphere for oxygen and or any L.E.L.’s in vessels, containers, piping, hot work areas and any confined space work. Permits and scaffold inspection as needed. In 6 months maintained an injury free workplace. Work force of 318, and 12 different sub-contractors and their personal. Built Tres Palacios Gas Storage facility in 6 months’ time. Flint Energy was recognized by OSHA and EPA for bringing plant online without any gas leaks to atmosphere or recordables.

SAFETY COORDINATOR KELLOGG BROWN&ROOT DEER PARK, TX.

Trained all personal on company safety rules and regulations. Gave onsite specific training to craft workers at oil refineries and chemical plants on all maintenance repairs and or new construction to be done by our company. Daily toolbox safety meetings.
