I am working on the natural language understanding platform i.e., Dialog low tool to create a bot which is automated.

•Worked on use case IT Ticket Management which includes main modules like create ticket, ticket details, edit ticket.

•In create ticket module it creates a new ticket for user with issue description by checking ticket existence.

•In ticket details module branching is used based on user's input. If user want can view their list of open, closed, resolved tickets. Otherwise user can view a particular ticket details.

•In edit ticket module user can add comments to his/her open tickets, add attachments related to his/her open tickets, cancel a ticket if the issue is already solved, reopen a closed ticket if the issue is not solved, kickback a resolved ticket into open state.

•Worked on Password Reset for direct report use case. User can reset their password by giving their email and entering OTP received to phone number. We used Azure Active directory to get user phone number, hierarchy match with manager.

•Worked on creating route groups when we have common routes for reusable, creating multiple agent versions like testing, updated features and deploy them into separate environments(DEV,UAT).

•Working on advanced features like sentimental analysis using API detect intent request where we can capture user attitude like positive, negative or neutral that can used in the bot for improvement.

•Worked on twitter analysis for a covid-19 data-driven project where we examined and forecasted covid-19 data that I acquired from Twitter using python library tweepy.

•I drew certain conclusions using the tableau tool such as covid19 positive cases, negative cases, total cases and deceased with 83% accuracy. 02/2021 – 05/2021
