As a process operator I strive to be the best operator on shift. Regas Operator
Freeport LNG - Freeport, TX
May 2021 to Present
• Responsible for outside operations ading
• Ensures ships' Declarations of Inspection, regulatory required paperwork, onboard equipment, etc
• Ensures status of ship and its documentation are ready to load/unload
• Person-In-Charge of transfer operations for the receiving terminal
• Monitors transfer parameters during LNG transfer pursuant to CFR 33.127 requirements
• Coordinates ship unloading with ships' personnel and terminal control room, and monitor unloading progress
• Makes scheduled rounds to visually inspect marine (dock) equipment
• Obtains hydrocarbon and water samples as required
• Monitors all Marine (dock) equipment and correct or report problems
• Complies with all facility safety, environmental, and health requirements
• Learns duties of Control Room Operator and Regas Operator
• Provides relief for Regas Operator as required
• Makes scheduled rounds and assists Regas Operator in Terminal when a ship is not at Dock
• Responsible for housekeeping in Terminal and Dock areas

Lyondellbasell - Mansfield, TX
October 2018 to May 2021
• Polymers Unit Operator with continuous operations consisting of Cooling Towers, Tanks, Railcar and Extruders with a series of pumps, control loops, exchangers and storage tanks with a variety of chemicals to produce polymer to spec.
• Block SME in 2018-2019 for training new employees on the process.
• Followed operation safety guidelines, and procedures.
• Issued permits for jobs consisting of LOTOs, CSEs and SWPs to the persons working throughout the block.
• Use troubleshooting skills including and Lyondellbasell steps to success to resolve problems and deviations related to the process on various lines to produce polymer to customer request
• Collect routine samples to run ash. Melt flow and tape analysis for quality control
• Use tools and correct PPE to decommission equipment and LOTO.
• Enter work requests for issues noticed throughout the process along with completing daily and monthly MTL tasks.
• Planned and executed successfully executed motor, valve, pump and pipeline replacement in 2018 and 2019 with 100% accuracy and 0 safety issues.
