• Utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite to routinely manage and track purchasing quotes, vendor quotes, XOi links, parts’ tickets, overdue orders, vendor parts deliveries and other relevant documentation in a timely fashion.
• Issue purchase orders to technicians, and internal purchase orders to vendors.
• Routinely identify, price, purchase, and order parts for all generated quotes, and ensure T&M jobs are closed and billed at the proper time.
• Present weekly regional status reports and deliver supporting documentation to executive officers.
• Manage communications relations for a 1000+ commercial customer base.
• Maintain fluid schedule and manage personnel in my department.
