·I performed all jobs underground except Mine Foreman and Mine Examiner. Outside jobs include loading coal cars at the tipple and also dispatcher.

2001-To 2020

·Reset passwords for all legacy applications and updated software

· Answered incoming calls from all of WPAHS HMHS main branch hospitals (5) all subsidiaries and also any billing contracted outside companies.

·Proficient with remoting into system pc for repairing, replacing applications, installing hardware. VPN proficient.
