1. Work Piece/Job/Die mounting & clamping rigidly to arrest Degree of Freedom for machining on CNC Machine.

2. Taking Reference and doing setting/dialling before machining. 3. Operating and controlling CNC Machine (FANUC) Control System. 4. Doing manual/rough cut for making reference face and maintain right angle, as per need of the jobs.

5. Trouble shooting or program error correction in between running program. 6. CNC program/Sub program running as well as trial check. 7. Good and sound knowledge of DEL CAM for simple as well as complex profile Cam Programming.

8. Well experience & knowledge about cutting tools selection on the basis of job profile requirement.

9. Well experience & knowledge about CNC milling cutters parameters selection like speed, feed & depth of cut for different types of milling cutters 10. Job Status or Log book writing on daily basis and giving report to concern manager.

11. Doing basic Mechanical maintenance practices and maintaining all needful parameters like oil level, coolant, and air pressure etc. of CNC machine. 12. Giving Training and developing new trainee operator of CNC machine and jobs related.
