My job is to answer any phone calls and ads posted on k&B paintings website. We customers call I scheduled appointments for the company to go out and do estimates on jobs if they cannot go out and do the estimate I go myself take pictures of the project that they want done and upload it to the system so that when I add the customers name phone number address and the detailed project along with the picture so they know that when they go in there they can see what they have that needs to be done as far as work. I also make sure that the schedule is not I'll jumbled up and they are able to have time in between jobs to get them done. However if a customer needs something added on I'll also do that as well if I can't get to their house to get a picture they will send it to me and I upload it to the computer system as an add-on and put in the description of what they want done I schedule all times dates pretty much everything that needs to be done so it's less stress on the owner and our workers. I have amazing customer service skills I work well with the general public and I always welcome them with a small and very polite I don't try to force nobody to do something they don't want to do but I am very persuasive and I know if I live vacation then I know my customers will as well
