I am a registered and nationally certified pharmacy technician interested in a position with your company. I saw the opening posted on your website, and I valued the good care your company provides, and I would like to be a member of your team. I have over 20 years of customer service experience and 16 years in retail pharmacy, which would help understand insurance claims and rejection. I also hope to further my career with the help of your company, in hopes of becoming a well rounded pharmacy technician. I have my certification in MTM (Medication Therapy Management), National Pharmacy Technician, Medical Terminology, and medical billing and coding. In April,2007, I completed four months of Pharmacy Technician training at Caroline center. The four months there includes classroom and internship experience. In the classroom, I studied medical terminology (Life Bridge), calculations, drug regulations, and hands-on training with McKesson Pharmacy software and in Caroline center's model pharmacy. My internship was at a local walgreens. I have worked for such companies a s rite aid, Walmart,Baltimore Medical System, and currently now at Total Healthcare speciality pharmacy.
