IFS Team Leader:

IFS Transformer Cell:

Responsible for making sure transformers are installed in the order needed according to the schedule

Working with my team to ensure we have the parts required to install special transformers

Working with the engineering department when issues arise with parts called out for jobs do not work properly

Ensuring buddy check sheet is filled out properly and all quality checks are completed according to what is required for my cell

IFS BUS LAYOUT CELL:

Ensure parts are fabricated and assembled in a timely manner

Effectively communicate with members of the team to complete work assignments and meet safety, quality, and delivery, inventory, and productivity goals.

Responsible for working from manufacturing information such as front views, bill of materials, drawings, blueprints, order entry systems and oral or written instructions in order to accurately identify when non-standard parts are required and route layout requests to the fabrication department as needed.

Responsible for maintaining expected progress of jobs in area of assignment and communicate issues or part shortages.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements as well as complete root cause analysis in response to issues with quality or production.

Responsible for quality, including visual inspections of material before and after assembly, identifying nonconforming parts, and troubleshooting errors.

Self driven and able to produce desired results with minimal direction.

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, persuasive skills and analytical problem solving skills. Work well with individuals and groups to effectively participate within a team environment.

Contribute to a safe, engaged and inclusive work culture.

IFS Panel Cell:

Built and installed panels per front views

IFS Final Assembly:

Worked with team to ensure structures were closed out per front views and were ready for final inspection before shipping

Mail Room:

Responsible for printing and organizing all required documents for assembly to start building jobs

Delivered paperwork to the assembly lines by department by date needed to start builds

Printed duplicate paperwork when necessary

Provided updated paperwork, drawings and BOM’s to the lines when required
