I have been working in a tertiary referral unit with 18000 (eighteen thousand) deliveries for the last 8 years, that exposed me to different obstetrics and gynaecological scenarios as management of busy labour ward with competence in performing complex C.S. as previous multiple C.S., placenta previa, second stage C.S., C.S. for preterm babies and transvers lie in addition to instrumental delivery and managing high risk pregnancies in the ANC.
On gynaecology side I do manage emergency gynaecology cases as ectopic pregnancy, ovarian cysts laparoscopically, in addition to miscarriages, pelvic pain and pelvic inflammatory disease. I do perform laparotomy for different gynaecological conditions as ruptured ectopic pregnancy with disturbed vital signs, large ovarian cysts, myomectomy and hysterectomy.
