Currently I am employed with Sleep Number as a Customer Service Representative. I have been employed here since March. I answer multiple calls a day in a timely manner. Proficient in Siebel, Siebel errors and sleep life. I have gotten wonder surveys from customers as well as promoter of the week several times. Very good with finances and orders. I have passed all but 2 score cards. Most of my calls I can deescalate the angry customers and end the call happily. I strive for first call resolution and sometimes it can be difficult, but I know if I had the option, I could make the right call to take care of it professionally and accordingly because when I ask for approval, they tell me I am right. I like to find the positive in any situation. At the end of the day, they are not mad at us they are mad at the situation and wanting answers. My current job roles have given me quality amount of instruction to succeed in this company. I am a dedicated Volunteer Firefighter professional and Vice President of the Board as well as the logistics chief with the Lafitte Fire Company for a consecutive 15 years with skills that motivate me to self-moderate in fast pace and constant changing environments and in difficult or sensitive professional situations. Day to day responsibilities include:

• Answering multiple phone requests from customers new and old, store reps as well as other teammates.

• Verify their current contact information to make sure we have the most up to date all while we protect their privacy.

• Troubleshoot all problematic issues with their beds, bedding, or accessories.

• Complete warranty replacements or new orders.
