•Random checking of fabric in Cutting Department.

•Random checking of fabric for shading etc. .

•Need to maintain house keeping and cleanliness in the dept

•To take corrective & preventive actions against problems & defects.

•Responsible for any kind of recheck and style mistake.

•Pattern direction to be checked. Need to do any other job assign by management.

•Marker consumption to be checked

•Marker width, Cutable width check, fabrics width, no of layers has to be checked.

•Cut Panel has to be inspected for top fly; middle fly & bottom fly with the hard pattern. Max tolerance s/be 1/8”.

•If inspector finds any cut more than1/8” OOT . cutting in charge needs to study on

•length of the layer.

•Need to ensure to implement Buyers standards .

•Print & embroidery factory has to follow the print/emb approved standard
