I currently work in a full-time position for Safeway, Inc, as a customer service representative in their call center. Prior to that I have worked various part time positions, mostly in the floral industry helping floral shops get through their busiest times by assisting in design work as well as direct customer interaction. My main focus prior to my full-time employment had been the home education of my 4 children. I have had a variety of work experiences in different circumstances but they all had a few things in common: communication, multiple skills, cross training, flexibility, problem solving and multi-tasking. I am an energetic individual, with a variety of skills and interests looking for a position where I can contribute in a meaningful way to the success of those around me. I enjoy helping people. In my current position I am known to be professional on the phone, clearly heard and understood, helpful, empathetic to aid de-escalation, thorough, helpful, and encouraging.
