PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS

As a Special Forces Senior NCO and Civil Affairs Team Sergeant, developed and planned training missions in peacekeeping, emergency management, humanitarian aid, civil military operations, civic action programs, populace & resource control, conflict / disaster relief coordination, non-combatant evacuee operations. Supervised team training on weapons, demolitions, NBC and land navigation.

Extensive experience developing and instructing training curriculums in both the military and civilian environments, including training schedules and training standard operating procedures. Carried out training missions in over 13 different countries primarily in the Middle East, and Northern Africa.

More than 10 years experience in Iraq on the WPPS and WPPS II contracts. Worked as the Integrated Training Instructor (ITI) instructing all courses needed on the program, including Firearms, Emergency Response Team, Base Security, and Personnel Protection Security.

Conducted training in emergency exfiltration and contact drills, medivac 9 line training, vehicle down drills, evacuation of injured personnel, driving techniques, and radio procedures. Trained new security personnel on M-16A1, M-4 rifle, AK-47, 9mm Beretta pistol, M-249, SAW machine gun. Trained QRF in shooting and maintaining personnel weapons.
