Project Description:

The Tapestry system leverages advanced technology to deliver a flexible and scalable Tapestry solution. It provides a wide range of functions needed to service customers in today’s competitive market. The Tapestry is divided into three major components like Product Portfolio, Customer Centre and Service Manager. The Product Portfolio maintains the catalogue of all products and services available to a service provider’s customers. Flexible Event Maintenance works with the Product Portfolio and Event Pricier applications and provides users with a way to create and maintain price able characteristics that they define. The Customer Centre collects and stores customer information, such as names and addresses, and initiates the orders to provide or modify service. The Service Manager receives information from the Customer Centre or other customer care application, manages the activities required to provision customer orders, and manages the personnel and materials necessary to provide service to the customers.

Responsibilities:

●Worked on implementation and development of various customized Scripts.

● Debugging production issues (Operational and functional).

● Handling of High and Critical incidents within the SLA.

● Worked on providing clean-up for the recurring exceptions and existing bugs in the application.
