Manage a Network Team who implemented all Network changes for Data Center Implementations, Consolidations, End of Life, Change Management, Database Migrations, Storage Migrations and Cleanup of all firewalls, switches, routers and Cyber security firewall technology on Checkpoint and Palo alto AWS, ATM’s

Worked with monitoring ports on switches to tune capacity and planning for new and existing applications. This work was implemented through waterfall, Agile, KanBan infrastructure. I gave direction to other members of the Team and Engineers on the processes to meet the timelines and tasks.

Handled all network changes made to the environment which resulted in after hour maintenance windows. The Projects were Agile Based daily stand ups and two-week work streams.

Managed the relationship between HDS and Walmart Project Team while working very difficult timelines and scope. Migrated from EMC, NetApp, HP to HDS Storage.

Led a Team on capacity planning on EMC Clarion to HDS configurations and arrays. Walmart’s main configurations were on VMWare connecting to EMC Storage. Took the data from those planning sessions and mapped it to the new HDS Storage before the migrations. Managed the financials in Clarity and excel.

Managed 16 consultants for a total IBM Solution on Hardware and Software. Architected TSM Disaster Recovery plan to include HSM and scheduling tapes to be moved off site.
