Greetings, My name is Luis I Have experience in sales as I was a broker assistant i would send emails verify that the information on the contracts were correct . I would speak to sellers and see if they are qualified for the homes before going into negotiation and paper work with the real estate brokerage, I have experience in cold calling such as motivating the seller to sell, I have good skills in building rapport and good communication skills And Having a relationship with the client I have skill in working at a fast paced and multi tasker. I take work extremely seriously when it comes to complete my task everyday i have a goal when it comes to my job for example as a broker assistant i told myself i was going to be able to call 200 people most of the time i would reach 160-180 a day which is not bad but at least i got close to the goal . My hobbies are to write poems. I like to play piano, I love to sing, I love to workout in the gym, I love to eat healthy and I would love to have the opportunity to work with this company .
