Designed, developed and maintained a cash concentration system that combined manual entry and automated deposit information from 220 restaurants providing for funding of accounts, ABA and bank account number maintenance and all standard CCD transactions. Created all user interfaces as well as editing, reporting and (GL) posting routines.

Designed, developed and maintained a risk management system that combined worker’s compensation, general liability and product liability data (magnetic tape and transmitted files) from five different insurance carriers into one integrated system. Created all user interfaces, designed the database tables and provided all editing and reporting features. The system included an interface that automatically generated accounts payable entries for medical and liability claims and routines for calculating benefit payments for use by the payroll department.

Designed, developed and maintained a recipe/menu costing system that combined raw product price and package information from vendors and distributors in 22 markets with recipe and menu item files to provide ideal food cost and menu mix reporting. Created all user interfaces, designed the database tables and provided all editing and reporting features.
