Make sure that trainees are trained to the Safety and Quality procedures outlined in Db Schenkers policies, making sure that they also follow the rules and regulations for driving equipment in the warehouse. Always continually updating the training program to match the current status of procedures in the warehouse.

Focusing on more of learning and mastering the RTCIS system and being able to use in keeping the casepickers flowing smoothly through orders. Monitoring times of casepicks due, no inventory products, replenishment of product in to case pick locations and to make sure all pallets have the proper labeling for the particular customers requirements.
