Customer service is my number one priority. I would not only greet and seat the guest. I would assist the servers with taking out drinks and food as well as take orders. I would pack and take to-go orders efficiently. I learned how to clean and bus tables to S.O.P. quickly and correctly.

I communicate with the customers, so everyone is happy. I also must communicate with my co-workers to be able to do the job efficiently. As a team we decide each other’s tasks for that day and lend a hand when needed. It is important to always pay attention to everything even if it is not your designated duty. Communication is a constant and a must, without we could not get the job done.
LEADERSHIP
When I expo I am the leader of the food and the line. I pull and dress all the food correctly. I would call servers as needed and get the food out as quickly and presentable as possible. When I host, I am the leader in the front. I make sure guest needs are met and get people in and out of the restaurant with a smile.
