* Develop Excel spreadsheet to determine pumping unit efficiency with wells production
* Use SROD program by Lufkin to determine maximum fluid capacity for pumping units
* Act as “Well Down-Hole Failure Coordinator” to reduce repetitive down-hole failures for the Permian Area. Hold monthly failure meetings with field personnel, chemical representatives, and others as necessary. 2005 repeat failures reduced by 60%.
