The Administrative Support Manager is responsible for office management activities in the Brooklyn office and will supervise the Administrative Support Specialist(s) assigned to the Brookyln office.

Responsible for successful office management activities in the office Brooklyn Office. Click here to view the current benefits summary.

Provide direct supervision and coordinate assignments for the Administrative Support Specialist(s) reporting to the Brooklyn office.

Complete administrative support responsibilities in the Brooklyn office, including but not limited to:

oActing as the initial point of contact for individuals, families, advocates, employees, and other stakeholders

oEnsuring the postage machine is operational, adequate postage, and replenishes mail supplies and postage ink.

oMaintaining the visitor log for all in person visitors by ensuring visitors sign in and out during each office visit.

oOrder items needed to maintain an adequate stock of office supplies

oEnsure the cleanliness of each conference room and that tables and chairs

oEnsure cleanliness of the kitchen, keeping the refrigerator clean and free of expired items

Active member of at least one centralized support team

Provide coverage for other team members, as needed

Navigate Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Utilize the MediSked platform and other applications necessary to complete job responsibilities
