JOB OBJECTIVE:-

JOB PROFILE:-

Boiler hot light up, Cold light up, Hydro test, Gauge glass charging, P.A. Fan, S.A. Fan, I.D. Fan starting, Air Preheater lineup, Scanner Fan starting, Seal air fan starting, Coal mill lineup and starting work.

All type pumps started A.C.W., C.W.P., F.O.P.H. Pumps started and operated normally

Emergency equipment tryal and restoration of process and equipment.

Safe changeover / shutdown of equipments for mantenance purpose .

Handle the emergency situation and proper corrective action.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:-

10th Passed U.P Board in 1999 with second division.

12th Passed in (Biology) U.P Board 2001 with second division.

B.A. Passed V.B.S.P.U. JAUNPUR in 2004 with second division.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:-

ITI Passed from U.P Technical Board Lucknow (NCVT) trade as FITTER 2006 with 83.57%.

I have completed NCVT from oct.2010 in 83.33%.

2nd Class Boiler attandent certificate from boiler board Kanpur.

I have passed Diploma in Machanical Engineering from P.K. University Shivpuri (M.P.) India 473665 from 2017 with 66.04%.

WORK EXPERIENCE:-

Presently working in HINDALCO INDUSTRIES LTD. ADITYA BIRLA Group (UNIT MAHAN ALLUMINIUM) Bargawan Distt.-Singrauli (M.P.) 6x150 MW. 510 TPH. PF Boiler (make-BHEL) as Boiler attandent since 4/12/2017 to till date.

I has worked JAYPEE POWER VENTURES Ltd. At JAYPEE BINA THERMAL POWER PLANT (2x250 MW. IPP) BHEL-make PF Boiler 810 TPH. As Boiler Field Operator since 24/07/2012 to 25/11/2016.

I has worked TATA MOTAR (Lucknow) from 17 Dec. 2010 to 8 Aug.2011.

2 year apprentice as a Boiler attandent in Renusagar Power Division Hindalco Industries Ltd. Sonebhadra (U.P.) (760 MW ) from 4 June 2008 to 3 June 2010.
