● Served as hiring manager for the full-time INDOT Engineering Scholarship Program (IESP); advertised and updated program info on INDOT’s website via Microsoft SharePoint; received applications, interviewed candidates; updated/monitored progress in ATS; solidified department/location placement for selected candidates through the Central Office (CO); administered contract procedures; tracked intern’s program status and goals, ensured prompt stipend payments; coordinated weekly group and individual ‘check-in’ meetings; organized graduation ceremony; successfully hired 10 full-time interns; created and organized an IESP SOP in Trello for the agency
