Designed and implemented SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) System for global manufacturer. Migrated 5 independent systems in USA, Mexico, China, Thailand and Japan into a single consolidated ERP system resulting in common processes and procedures and standardized data tables. Led the organization’s recovery from the Japan disaster through strong communications and leadership skills. Expanded the Flow Control Products business into USA and Europe
through aggressive marketing at tradeshows and strategic partnering resulting in 20%+ CAGR with 20%+ EBITDA. Recognized redundancy in the logistics center and relocated it to factory campus, reduced fixed factory staffing and moved the Tokyo office resulting in more than $2.0m reduced annual operating costs.
