Serve as a Supplemental Planner with PIMS / Passport 300 qualification as an Electrical Planner. Supervise and manage complex electrical modification projects including: Acid house, Fukushima mods, HCVS, ROWS, generator rewind, feed water heater replacement, CST / heat trace removal and replacement, and HPCI / RCIC level switches to name a few. Ensure accuracy of proposed engineering changes and write necessary engineering change requests. Create thorough and accurate technician work order activities, procure all required materials / parts, and create clearance requests and fire systems impairment requests. Utilize customized management tools, including MS Excel spreadsheets, to track project progress. Collaborate with other project stakeholders, attend project meetings, develop strategies, and influence project workflow.
Create 100% accurate, and safety driven work orders, avoiding delays and allowing for new engineering designs to be implemented in an operating nuclear facility.
Implemented a new process, at Peach Bottom, Limerick, TMI, Fitzpatrick, Lassal, Dresden, St Lucie, Turkey point Nuclear Power Houses, resulting in the update of 30-year old technical specifications, which saved the client countless amount of revenue.
