Service Now implementation to expand the capabilities of TTXNow platform. The objective is to add further capabilities to existing environment, improve performance and build features to service requests into TTXNOW. During this project following new modules were implemented:
Problem Management, eSHIFT Access Matrix, Oracle Integration, Service Mapping, Third Party Risk Assessment, Evaluation of process for New Hire Onboarding/ Off boarding, Reporting and Operational Dashboards, Service Now Mobile App Features and enhancements.
Work Force upgrade to new datacenters, for EOS versions, this mandatory upgrades was prioritized. TTX, as one of Workforce’s customers, is engaged in this project to ensure smooth transition from Workforce’s current platform to the new platform. In order to ensure performance & optimization, improved scalability, agility, high availability, improved security, high cluster uptime, fault tolerance, scalability we hosted WFS on Oracle cloud.
Honeywell Upgrade:
Upgrade the current badge scan system to Blub0x, keeping in mind some future roadmap ideas.
