Presently I am working in SADARA Petrochemical Company, at Jubail as a Senior Lead Civil/ Structural Engineer from 15 months and provide the Technical support to project team, operation team and plant maintenance team. DETAIL DESIGN. The purpose of the proposed facilities is to efficiently meet the Kingdom’s refined product demand in Makkah Province through the construction of the Yanbu Distribution Hub (YDH). This project will aggregate refined product from the three local refineries (SAMREF, YASREF, and Yanbu Terminal) to facilitate shipment via two connecting pipelines: the (a) Yanbu to Jeddah pipeline and the (b) Yanbu to Central Region pipeline, which are two additional Budget Items under development. The refined product from the local refineries will be received at this budget item “Yanbu Distribution Hub”. YDH consists of storage tanks for PG91, PG95, DO and DPK, and includes all the supporting infrastructure and support buildings to ship the product through 2 piping lines, to the NJBP facility.

Scope/Description:
The hydro processing facilities installed at Riyadh Refinery during 1979 include a hydrocracker, kerosene and naphtha hydrotreaters, platformer and hydrogen reformer. The hydrocracking reactors have reached end of service condition and need to be replaced.
The requirement of new standalone working platform arises due to the metallurgy of new reactors which do not allow welding onto the shell of new reactor therefore it is required to construct a new platform which will support the new piping as well as serve the purpose of working/operating platform.
