• Responsible for monitoring robotic injection molding machines on the production floor with the job duties entail of sorting, inspecting, and packaging finished plastic components according to specifications.

• Detecting and reporting any machine malfunctions to lead

• Closing and opening injection molding press to remove finish products from mold

• Using exacta knife to trim off access debris, go no go gaging and lighted inspection magnifying glass to inspect and check parts

• Inspecting finished parts according to specifications, visually checking for defects such flash, short, cracks and other imperfections

• Identifying paint defects including runs, dryness, fisheyes, blotches, light, peel, decal bubbles, popping, etc.

• Recording daily production activity - properly completes QC sheets
