Manage two properties with 924 apartments, Hospitality Guest Suites, and corporate accounts with assets over $1,000,000 with an office team of 7, grounds and maintenance team of 11. Encourage all renewals to market price or short term premiums to control lease expiration dates for time management. Negotiate upgrades and enforce larger maintenance repairs upon renewal. Make purchasing decisions within budget, draft leases and other legal documents, oversee Onesite software and regular reports. Assist with occasional invoicing, answer accounting inquiries, and delinquent notices.

Move-in check lists were returned with high satisfaction and little notation for damages or cleanliness. Receive service requests, executing quality performance of work, earned the standard of minimal call backs for the same request.

Basic plumbing, electrical work, excellent drywall repair and finishing. Maintained grounds entirely, summer/winter/ lawn, including manually setting, repairing sprinklers, and filling potholes.
