I set up a demonstration cart, fix the samples, merchandise the cart and engage the consumers. I ask them to try the product or the food that I am sampling to the consumers. I tell them the key points to the product or recipe, where to find the product and how to cook the product if necessary. I break down the cart at the end of the event, clean anything used and store the cart. I have a food handler's license and I am working on my license to serve alcohol. I took a leave of absence during Covid 19 shut down because I could not wear a mask due to health reasons. I open the bar/ Lodge and make and serve drinks to Elk members and their guests. I am responsible for ringing in sales, discounting and balancing the drawer at the end of the night.
