Quality Reviewer: duties would include reviewing frontline employees calls to ensure consistency while adding value back to what the role stood for. Would assist their team leader in developing action plans based on the specific findings on the recording. Would assist in targeted call review with local leadership to form action plans for their teams. After reviewing the calls, the data would be entered into the system with the remarks on an unbiased viewpoint so local leadership and the frontline employee could review. Conducted training sessions with new hires to help give them an idea of the quality mentality.

Team Leader TDY: Duties would include building Action plans specific to the learning style of the frontline employee based on their input and their metrics. Conducting sit a longs and live monitoring to assist in identifying trends on their calls and metrics. One on one coaching’s and action planning using the SMART goal methodology. Would conduct daily huddles to set a focus point with the entire team while bringing everything to a personal level they would understand. Assist peers with local projects consisting of putting people before policies and finding better ways of working. Designed, implemented and taught new work styles and program changes companywide to cut down on the complete cycle time, call flow, and company standard process.

MCO Liaison: Would work directly with nationwide offices managing escalations that were coming from the local agencies and usually required a second look. Would assist in ASAP concerns that would require critical thinking and manager call backs to customers and agents.

Claims Service Specialist: duties would include taking incoming customer calls, filing their first notice of loss, assist with any inquiry on their existing insurance claim. Assisted in creating the company wide standard process that is utilized with the current training model. Assisted in sit a long with new hires to help give them an idea of the role. Maintained better then expected metrics while in this position.

Was awarded the “Distinguished Performance Award”, two separate times for my metrics, assisting the customers, creating the process that lead to shorter call times.

Love technology and everything it has to offer. Currently everything is fast paced and changing. I initially had a passion of creating things and art. That is what led me to start my own # printing business. Enjoy the challenge of designing things and creating things that people never thought would become a reality. Also, family driven and strive to teach my nieces and nephews things they can tell their kids about when they get older. I want to be remembered for wanting to learn as much as I could. Enjoy watching videos and documentaries on new things that I can apply in my everyday life. As a leader with my last employer I loved breaking things down to people while telling them to remember to be human. People are more than letters in acclaim, the bad feelings, wants and needs. I wanted to add value to what I did and that stuck with me. Want to add value back to any role I am in.
