Job description

1- Makes daily rounds related to assigned pediatric patients in the hospital and the newborn nursery; performs general or special examinations and other procedures covering the full scope of the field of pediatrics. Orders laboratory examinations and x-rays, determines diagnosis, prescribes nursing and dietary care necessary, orders or applies such preventive measures as required.

2-Provides in-patient care to the newborn and attends difficult deliveries & cesarean section deliveries and caring for sick and ventilated neonates in NICU.

4.1- In 1993, I participated in training course for pediatricians in Acute Respiratory Infection at Abu El Reech Hospital (Pediatric Hospital of Cairo University)

4.2- In 1994, I participated in Growth Assessment for childern project at Abu El Reech Hospital.

4.3- From 1994-1996 : I was the Focal point for breast feeding program in C.S.P.M (Center of Social and Preventive Medicine) Cairo University Hospitals.

4.4- In 1996, I attended Conference in Recent Management for Epilepsy held in Sheraton Algazira Hotel Cairo.

4.5- In 2000, I attended training course for 2 months duration in Pediatric Psychiatry at Postgraduate Childhood Studies Institute, Ain- Shams University.
