SONORAN RECOVERY LIVING Operations/Marketing Lead Jan 2020 - Jan 2021 Scottsdale, AZ Conceptualized, built, and launched Sonoran Recovery Living (SRL), a recovery housing company. Handled all required town, state, federal, and healthcare-specific licensing, inspections, and certifications. Designed, documented, and implemented recovery programming within the homes. Designed home services (meetings, transportation, wellness/fitness amenities, drug testing, etc.). Determined house rules (group attendance, sobriety requirements, therapeutic engagement, etc.). Kept abreast of new research, literature, and updates from recognized organizations within the field. Handled business operations and development, including all marketing efforts. Initiated and managed all partnership outreach and coordination to continuously grow SRL’s client base. Created all marketing content: brochures, informational booklets, one-sheets, pitch decks, etc. Created all SRL company content–internal (operations) documentation/resources, licensing/certification deliverables/resources, proprietary resources for residents, and the SRL ‘brand’ marketing kit. Content included (but was not limited to): Resident contracts and financial agreements, a Resident Handbook, SRL policies and procedures (intake, hiring, house operations, etc.), recovery materials for residents, ‘graduation’ awards, partner marketing/agreements, licensing applications/reference materials, all website content (data, photos, SRL blog, informational pages), and all social media efforts. Hired, onboarded, managed staff: internal (house managers), and contractors (coaches, drivers, etc.). Oversaw all day-to-day operations for SRL’s three recovery homes. Ensured legal, licensing organization-specified, and contractually-specified compliance by staff and residents. Maintained house and marketing budgets; worked with managers and SRL owner to optimize costs. BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON Data Scientist/Consultant July 2013 - Sept 2017 McLean, VA Began working at Booz Allen as an intern while in undergrad, joined full-time following graduation. Developer/Data Engineer/ Task Lead for Federal Telecommunications Infrastructure contract. Led two of the twelve contractual workflows as Tasks’ Lead and sole developer. Wrote all technical portions of winning proposal to extend firm’s ten-year contract when up for renewal. Automated extraction/processing of telecom GIS data; eliminated need for $200k/year enterprise software. Developed pipeline and web application to collect, process, and visualize external vessel-location data. Obtained $250k in funding to continue development after first-iteration client demo.
