Welcoming the guest into our establishment, Katz’s is a unique New York Deli that offers the Big Apple taste in a Texas setting. We are open 24 hours, my job is to explain our extensive menu that covers meals that we serve from breakfast to dinner. Navigate them from our bar drinks to our famous fried pickles to our famous cheesecake shake. Furthermore, recommend options based on the guest preference, ensure hot food hot and cold food cold. During their course of the meal; ensure that their dining experience is pleasurable. I have received numerous excellent Yelp reviews, American Express gift cards, meal cards from management congratulating me on my stellar performance using my gift of gab to make each guest visit one that they will tell their friends about Katz’s and continue patronizing our establishment for years to come.

Inviting our patronizes into an Italian ambiance that features some of the best red and white wine. With their open wood burning fire brick Pizza Oven in open kitchen that displayed all the cooks talents. My job is very easy all I had to do was be myself offer the wines the appetizers to the special off the menu items. I can be myself I can sell to anyone no matter what race color or background I’m able to be like an chameleon. I have customer service down to a T. I received an award, notin that I sold the most off the menu features in that region Carrabba’s proprietorship.

I am a person that is an overachiever by nature. As a kid I excelled in areas, and because of my high test scores I was placed in a magnet need to get a higher education also I was in the National Junior Honor Society from Elementary and throughout High School. Throughout my career as a server many restaurants that I work at I was either the team leader, head server/ trainer or a manager in training. I pride myself on being a hard worker able to work with others; Consolidated and multitask at a high-level service in quality. I have a great trait that allows me to take off stress and use that as a catalyst able to catapult me over any obstacles or situations. It’s my adrenaline rush.
