Portfolio Manager – Community Association Manger: Assigned to a portfolio with a mix of properties, includes onsite management at 136-unit luxury high-rise condominium buildings in Daytona Beach Shores. Primary responsibilities on onsite hours include communications with Board of Directors to implement community iniatives, resident communications, building site visits, rules enforcement, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Project Management, Disaster Recovery – 2 catastrophic Hurricanes. The remainder of the portfolio included (2) forty unit condominium buildings and 1 Homeowners Associations. Condominium responsibilities similar to onsite, but not dedicated hours onsite with the exception of a weekly site visit/property walk. HOA responsibilities included convenant enforcement, Architectural Review coordination, project management and maintenance coordination.

On-site Property Manager: Assigned to Metropolis North Condominiums, a 498-unit high-rise condominium building in Midtown Atlanta. Primary responsibilities include: balcony & building walks, preparation of violation letters, resident notifications, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processing, late fee & statement processing, lease record maintenance, new Unit Owner set up, amenities reservations and supervision of 10 building employees (Maintenance, Cleaning & Concierge Staff).

·Portfolio Community Association Manager: Manage both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for (7) seven properties. Portfolio was a mix of property types and ranged from a 60-unit condominium association to a 400-unit single family homeowner association. Weekly property walks and additional meetings with Association Board and vendors to review condition of property. Worked closely with the Association Board, Project Engineer and Contractor on several large capital improvement construction projects. Assist Association Board with interpretation of the Declaration and communicate with Unit Owners when applicable to enforce Association Rules and Regulations. Worked closely with Association Attorney and Association Board to reduce number of collections accounts and implement payment plans when approved.

·Portfolio Property Manager: Manage both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for (8) eight properties. Portfolio was a mix of mid-rise condominium buildings and townhome associations.
