MANAGEMENT

·Provide resolutions for members of the Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance by processing payments, updating addresses, explaining claims, authorizations, benefits and eligibility on accounts. Provide information to VA Programs (Choice and PCCC) beneficiaries, VA representatives, and providers with regards to benefits, enrollment status, and fee payments. Process an average of 65 – 80 inquiries regarding benefits availability, eligibility, and billing.
