Project Engineer

Provide ongoing sustainability of the Cabras Distribution Terminal by managing its compliance with all Government regulation, and by maintaining the terminal structural and system integrity, and by assuring SPPC executive management is aware of the maintenance needs of the Terminal so that they can fully fund all essential maintenance and compliance activities.

Provide - by with and through Contractors and SPPC staff - the maintenance, including Preventative Maintenance, Routine Maintenance & Repair, and any Emergency Maintenance & Repair at all SPPC sites.

Supervise the performance of all third party contractors undertaking works for SPPC at CDT. Enforce contractor SOAR compliance.

Perform cost analysis, seek bids, and select contractors/vendors for capital and expense projects. Perform '- with the Terminal Supervisor - the planning and implementation of the CDT maintenance budget and maintenance plan.

Lead implementation of SOAR systems and action Item list.

Administer SPPC Contracts, Work Orders, and Purchase Orders, review and renew as necessary.

Supervise immediate reports and complete annual Performance Appraisals of subordinate employees.

Distribution Project Engineer

Ensure the reliability and integrity of the business assets through a cost effective implementation of the asset management system.
