Qualification and Job duties:
Lam research (test technician)
•Basic electronics Diploma
•Use electronic and mechanical repairs tools and tester to troubleshoot electrical failures, vacuum leak and rework whole assembly if needed.
•Proficient with MS office (Outlook, word, Excel, teams).
•Knowledge of AC /DC, using a multi meter, check voltage, ohms, micro frauds, amps, resistors, fiber optic, and continuity
•Perform the set -up calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, interments mechanical assemblies
•Verify configuration by utilizing sales order/bill -of -material (SAP)
•Document non-conformance issue (NIC’S)
•WORK in cross-functional teams with test engineers and manufacturing engineering specifications and procedures by following special test instruments, writing diagrams schematic drawings, and energizing instructions
•Able to work overtime
•Clean room /experience environment PPE safety glasses mask shield gloves
•Proficient with electrical panel jack
•perform setup and testing/calibration of semiconductor Wafer Fabrication Equipment (WFE). They utilize a variety of tools, diagnostic equipment and computer-based testing instructions to ensure that equipment meets design
•Measure/record temperature, pressure, voltage, resistance, continuity and other measurements using digital multimeters, IR guns and other test equipment during testing and troubleshooting
•Indicate tasks are complete by utilizing I-marking, SQIP marks, and use of Swagelok go/no go gauges.
•Install components/hardware by referring to drawings/Cell Fusion procedures; identifying required parts and utilizing correct hand tools/fixtures; escalate nonconforming parts/procedures as needed
•Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
•Work 12-plus hour shifts in fast paced and time-sensitive environment
•Squat, kneel, walk, climb, stand and operate in ergonomically- challenging positions for over 50% of time
•Lift 35 pounds
•Understand tool status by listening/asking questions during verbal pass down, document/review/report tool status and reviewing issues/progress; referencing previous Logs, while utilizing the proper escalation path; provide suggestions for next logical steps
