oAssist resident move-ins and move-outs and make sure that they get a copy of the Move/Large Delivery Guidelines, in addition instruct movers on commercial and residential policies, as well as monitoring activity to minimize damage to common areas
oCall and schedule repairs, when necessary, with approved vendors
oProject management of leaks, and in addition locate the water shut off valves, heat pumps, and power breaker panels by referencing the individual floor plans for each unit and marking the exact locations of each
