Operate DAC lathes and automated equipment according to current Standard Operating Procedure and provide technical production support services. Responsible for processes critical to the quality of the product and the impact quality can have on the end user. Ability to troubleshoot. Use and operation of metrology and inspection equipment to obtain, record and analyze results of process. Use, operate and train on metrology and inspection equipment to obtain results of process. Use analytical software and control programs to efficiently set up and operate automated equipment. Machine set-up, adjustments, installations and work in progress inspection. Regularly inspect samples to assure proper machine results and make any necessary adjustments or modifications according to procedure. Record and analyze data using Statistical Process Control methods. Perform equipment cleaning duties as necessary. Maintain regular surveillance overall production operations, load supplies, operate de-molding equipment and interface with Human Machine Interface (HMI) screens.

Responsible for introducing customers to new and exciting products and brands by conducting product tasting events, product sampling or product demonstrations. Prepare, cook, cut food while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
