Attn: Human Resources,

I have worked in customer service for 26 years. Starting with a family owned business, my family had owned for 50yrs, I was brought up in customer service. Answering phones, payroll, AR, AP, Collections and some sales were a lot of my summer jobs growing up. Since then, the different areas I have worked in are: Office management, Travel, Reception, Bookkeeping, Nursing Assistance, Special Education, Regular Education, Sales and Veterinary Medicine, Certified in A.I. at ABS, (about 20yrs ago) and Laboratory Courier, Special Education / Regular Education Bus Driver.

Computer Programs I have used are; Apollo, Sabre, Pro-Med, Avi-Marck, Word, Outlook Express, Excel\Access Apple, programs In Windows 2000, XP, Vista. I have mainly worked only in data entry for Excel and Access programs, shopatron and stamps.com.

Education, in school and work; include but are not exclusive are: Medical Terminology, Veterinary Medical, Terminology, Educational Terminology, and Accounting procedures and Laboratory GOP’s.

In sales, I have educated customers in what the Company offered, and helped to counsel what product would meet the individual’s need. I have also worked as a product demonstrator, and in High School was involved in DECA and received 1st place for Sales Presentation at the county level of competition. Most recently, before moving to Sun Prairie, I had a Senior Care Business in Wood County. I had contracts thru Wood County Senior Chore Program. I did face to face contact sales to develop my business in the community.

I have worked as a special need Bus Driver, mainly working with autistic and cognitively delayed children, in transporting k-4 and special needs children for Sun Prairie School District, for Kobussen Buses LTD. I had been working as a Behavioral Therapy Technician and Personal Care Worker, more before COVID. I had recently worked at The Beacon- on weekends, before having healthcare challenges.

In doing different jobs and in my personal life, as well; I have learned the necessity of team work along with independence, organizing/prioritizing work, attention to detail and accuracy. I have a limited vocabulary in Spanish but was able to communicate effectively with my 4-k routes in Madison and routes in Sun Prairie. I also have beginning sign language skills, and I am always willing to learn new skills. I presently am working Part Time as a caregiver for my daughter at home.

I am looking forward to new challenges and growth in my professional life to include working with refugees in Wisconsin. I find it a honorable endeavor and an enlightening opportunity in helping those who need our guidance and help. I had the pleasure and new experience in working with felons who were released into a program designed to help with finding employment and transporting them to Dr appts, hospitals and employment programs, along with job interviews. I have used Clarity that I was trained in by The Beacon staff. I am always willing to learn to skills to stay sharp and productive. I have been a healthcare, disability and social advocate for my daughter for 20 yrs and was given Healthcare power of Attorney, for my parents when they were still alive. I am always willing to pay it forward, on what I have learned, in helping others.

I would be more than happy to go into my work history, in more detail, at your convenience,

Sincerely,

Sue Ann Bloczynski
