Work History:
2021-2021 Griswold Home Health Care – Caregiver Coordinator. A hybrid position with remote/office hours. I was responsible to recruit, hire and onboard caregivers. Used online services, local resources and job fairs as recruiting tools. Did both virtual and in-person interviews and orientations.
2013 – 2020 Self employed. I owned a public service business. I marketed services locally and on the internet. Customer service skills are always critical to running a successful business.
2011-2013 Chesapeake Care Resources - Residential Supervisor. I was responsible for ten houses, 40 clients and a staff of 40 in a DDA Residential setting. Worked remotely doing multiple tasks including scheduling and on-call responsibilities.
2009-2011 Trinity Home Health Care – Office Manager/Care Coordinator. Worked remotely doing scheduling and intake from hospitals, physicians and family members during hours the office was closed including weekends.
2006 - 2009 Cecil County Government - Department of Aging - SHIP Coordinator, telecommuted regularly dealing with seniors and their families to include a multitude of services and referrals to other agencies as needed. Worked with other local senior-related services to meet the needs of our county seniors and their families.
1997 - 2002 MedStar Health - CMN Collector. Worked remotely starting from home base to follow up with physician offices to make sure all insurance paperwork was completed accurately. Completed chart reviews for billing issue and quality assurance checks.
1993-1997 Bay Area Health Care – Intake Coordinator. Hunt line service for pre-approval of health care services for multiple lines of insurance. Including working from home office for 24 hour on-call coverage.
1991-1992 Neighborcare Infusion Pharmacy – Intake Coordinator/Scheduler. In home services for infusion including drugs, nursing staff, supplies and equipment.
