I am Christina Spears. I have experience in many areas and am educated in the medical and restaurant fields. I have used my experience as a self-taught and professional cook to open, operate, and manage two restaurants and their employees. I am confident in my abilities. I am a fast thinker and can adapt to most situations quickly and confidently. When COVID 19 shutdowns began, we as a team had to develop a plan and apply the results to keep Wildflour open. I had an idea to make “Take & Bake” items to help families who could not get food as a result of the following panic and shutdowns. The idea not only kept Wildflour going. I expanded the “Take & Bake” menu with my recipes making it a successful and lucrative idea. It a orded my prior employer the ability to expand and open a second location.
I am loyal and motivated by a job well done. I am dedicated to my job. If I am 14 minutes early, I feel like I am late. I have a prompt nature. I take my job seriously. I am honest. I am happy.
