Overall job safety and company safety programs are at the forefront of all my decision-making pertaining to the project. I've always enjoyed working with the safety teams on project troubleshooting solutions for difficult areas as it pertains to safety. I do believe a project can be 100% injury free and work towards that goal. I believe safety protocol and safeguards should be planned well in advance for overall success of the project. My goal has always been to bring early hazard recognition to the forefront of the project to assist upper management in budgeting, projections, scheduling and job flow. My belief has always been the four major keys to a project: safety, budget, quality, and schedule when working in concert with one another a successful 100% injury free worksite can be achieved.
I would appreciate an interview to discuss my qualification more in depth.
