For the last 2+ years I have been working as the Tool Crib Clerk for FTIC stamping and welding manufacturer that makes frames for Subaru. My position included but not limited to: inventory control, ordering items, receiving, locating items and helping when requested for maintenance, and data entry was required. Types of inventories I was responsible was, all PPE, part to fix and repair robots and all Dies for presses.

In 05/24/2016 I was asked to be a floor team member of the WCL - WO (World Class Log - pillar = Workplace Organization. This opened my world up.
In 10/2017 I accepted the WCL Admin Support, focusing on WO. I have knowledge of 5S, methods of troubleshooting, presentation, public speaking, training others.
I work in all areas at the RMC, IDC, RGC engaging different areas of each site in Step 01 (initial cleaning) and 5S.
Next in Step02 we focus on the 3M of the workstation. I work with other pillar teams. I lead projects and I help with PD pillar (Suggestion) with Kaizen.

In Aug 2013, I was promoted to Refurb Coordinator. My duties from equipment operator continued. I was now responsible to fill in when Lead was not on the floor.
I also stepped into any position in Kitting / Refurb dept when need. Including equipment operator for both depts, carton label making from work orders for both depts, troubleshooting issues,
training employees both temps and full time. My employment ended because, I wanted to grow in the company and new experiences needed - no opportunities for me there at that time.
