Supervise the activity of foremen, lead men and electricians each according to the assigned duties and responsibilities.

Produced daily reports, detailed in a way to show quantities executed, allocated labor force and locations as required and submit to the PM.

Comply/execute with the agreed daily, weekly and monthly program issued by the PM and address all encountered/preventive problems to him.

Ensure that only the latest valid issued drawings, method statements, ITPs are in use and only approved materials are used.

Ensure that no activity is being processed without supervision and coordination of any work with other job sections is made through the PM.

Controls and records effectively and accurately the scope/section: Materials used consumption and the related orders; Overtimes; Equipment and power tools under my control.
