Have worked for the company for about two years. Have been serving tables at Descanso Beach Club in the summers and the Avalon Grille in the winter. At Descanso it was more fast paced style serving, mostly drinks, and out in the sun. All open seating and quickly turning tables. The Avalon Grille is more fine dining, sit down, long evening dinners. Also have experience in hotels and banquets such as weddings and private events as well.
